Contract Profitability Management System

A contract-level operating intelligence system that reconciles revenue, cost, collection and delivery data into one traceable profitability model.

Problem
The company operated by contract, while revenue, cost, collection and delivery data lived in separate business, project and finance systems. Inconsistent definitions made monthly results slow to reconcile and difficult to trace.
My role
Led solution design and delivery across metric definitions, contract-level data modeling, warehouse layers, management dashboards and acceptance rules.
Implemented result
Created a traceable path from management indicators to contracts, projects and cost sources, with a reusable structure for adding future operating views.

Digital Operations Analytics for Industrial Services

An operating analytics foundation that moves industrial-service management from manually assembled monthly reports to consistent, queryable daily intelligence.

Problem
Operating analysis depended on manually assembled monthly reports. The chain was slow, departments maintained conflicting definitions, and management could not inspect the business with consistent daily context.
My role
Owned the end-to-end operating analytics program, translating between business definitions, data architecture and role-specific decision interfaces.
Implemented result
Shifted management discussion away from reconciling numbers toward interpreting operations, with a structure that can expand by subject and role.

Local-first AI Agent Workspace

A privacy-aware AI workspace that combines local models, tool orchestration and agent workflows while keeping sensitive data on-device by default.

Problem
Cloud AI tools are capable, but default data export creates privacy, reliability and control constraints. Sensitive work cannot always be sent to an external service.
My role
Independently designed the model routing, tool orchestration, agent workflows and reliability controls for the complete workspace.
Implemented result
Routine work stays local while difficult tasks can still reach stronger models. Models and tools remain replaceable rather than locking the workflow to one provider.

Engineering Evaluation System for AI Tools

A repeatable evaluation system for comparing AI tools and models against fixed tasks, criteria and evidence rather than demos or subjective impressions.

Problem
AI tools change quickly and marketing demonstrations hide the gap between “works once” and “works reliably.” Without a consistent method, selection becomes subjective and difficult to reproduce.
My role
Designed and maintained the evaluation framework, benchmark tasks, assessment dimensions and versioned comparison records.
Implemented result
Turned tool preference into a traceable selection process that eliminates poor workflow fits earlier and preserves changes across versions.

The interface is the result.
The trade-off is the proof.
